Charles is LTA, USPTA, and PTR certified and has gained coaching knowledge at various tennis clubs. As a coach Charles has gained a wide amount of experience including coaching in the United Kingdom, United States , Anguilla (BWI) and Europe .
Charles has been playing tennis for 15 years and coaching for 9. He has played tennis at many levels through junior county and national tournaments. In 2001 he gained a tennis sponsorship in Nashville Tennessee , USA. He played for CU’s men’s team for one season, collecting the award for team’s best winning percentage . He finished his playing career with Brighton University in England . Charles graduated from Brighton University with a Bachelors degree in business with marketing. In the summer of 2005 he took the position as head assistant tennis coach at Cumberland University , where is held the post for two years. In 2007 he gradated with a Masters degree in organizational leadership and human relations. Charles has a wealth of experience of the game at all levels which provide him with the knowledge and ability to coach successfully.
